Church Library

This First Baptist Church resource affects everyone from preschoolers through senior adults. Its purpose is to provide and promote the use of wholesome media in reaching, teaching, training, and growing persons spiritually by touching their lives through books and other media.

We continue to grow each year, and we now have over 17,000 volumes in the Library collection including books, CDs, DVDs,  and videos in the following areas:

♦  Christian Fiction;
♦  Christian Living;
♦  Hobbies, crafts, cooking, sports;
♦  Teacher lesson preparation;
♦  Theology, Commentaries;
♦  Church leadership;
♦  Teens in today's world;
♦  Children and Preschool; and
♦  Home Schooling.

We provide a service called "die cuts," which are creative shapes and alphabets for bulletin boards, decoration, VBS, scrap-booking, etc. This is for FBC members as well as for ministries of the Church and community. We have around 275 dies, 7 sets of alphabets, and 3 sets of numbers. Come by and see the display of dies on the wall in the Library to spur your imagination.

Another resource we offer to the local community is video series Bible studies by Beth Moore and others. They are very, very popular for home Bible study groups.

Everyone is always welcome in the Church Library. Our Library team is happy to help you in any way we can. The Library hours are as follows:

Sunday: 7:45 - 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 - 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
