Women’s ministry is a catalyst for women to grow in Christ through Bible study, fellowship, and service so that they have a heart for service, missions, and evangelism. Our focus is on spiritual growth, discipleship, and serving women through the Church.
One pure and holy passion is our theme from a song entitled the same. Philippians 1:21a says, to live is Christ; thus our passion for Christ should lead us to a pure and holy lifestyle.
Women's Ministry of First Baptist Church exists to encourage women in an active relationship with Jesus Christ that women may impact others through the following:
"If therefore there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose." Philippians 2:1-2 (NASB)
